Refund policy

Jellybean Interiors – Return Policy

We want you to love your Jellybean pieces, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Return Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Australia.


10-Day Return Window

You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received

  • In original packaging

  • Free from marks, stains, or signs of use

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without approval, or outside the 10-day window, will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au with your order number and request.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.


Restocking Fees 

All returns incur a $10 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Preorders

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items purchased during promotional sale events

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Items marked as discounted

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge it ships at a later date and accept these terms.


Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or defective item, contact us immediately at hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au with photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.


Transit Damage 

We pack our products securely, but once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any damage caused by couriers during transit.

For U.S. orders, carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS may require claims to be submitted directly by the receiver. We can guide you through the claim process, but Jellybean Interiors is not responsible for compensation or replacement for items damaged in transit unless the carrier accepts the claim.


Exchanges

Need a different colour or item?
The fastest method is:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for your preferred product


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus:

  • Return shipping label cost

  • Restocking fee 

Please allow standard bank processing times for funds to appear.
