Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on a factors such as location and product selection.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your goodies are on the move. (Psst... check your junk/spam folder just in case it hides in there!)
Can I pick up my order?
For our Australian Customers - Yes orders can be collected from our warehouse located in Melbourne.
For our US Customer - No, at the moment — we’re an online-only store, and all orders are dispatched through our warehouse.
I entered the wrong address or need to change my address — can I change it?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au If your order hasn’t been packed, we can update it. If it’s already on the way, we’ll help redirect it where we can.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
If you’ve changed your mind or picked the wrong colour, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item — we just ask that you cover the return shipping costs, and for U.S. orders, a $10 USD restocking fee applies.
Discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, but we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Shipping fees will apply both ways.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
If your product arrives faulty and we can’t resolve it through photos or messages, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Pre-orders & Restocks
What does ‘pre-order’ mean?
Pre-order means the item isn’t currently in stock but is on its way! We give an estimated shipping date on the product page and will keep you updated as it gets closer.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
We totally get how exciting it is waiting for your Jellybean goodies, and we promise we’re doing everything we can behind the scenes to keep things moving. There are a few reasons your order may take a little longer than expected:
1. Your order contains a pre-order item
Pre-order dates are our best estimates based on information from our manufacturers and freight partners. Sometimes containers get delayed due to things outside our control — like customs checks, port congestion, freight hold-ups, weather events, or carrier backlogs.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we usually ship them together in one delivery, which can extend the timeline.
2. Shipping carriers are experiencing delays
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier. We don’t have control over their delivery timelines, scan updates, or service delays.
For the most accurate, up-to-date delivery information, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
3. High-volume periods
During peak times (sales, restocks, holidays), it may take us an extra day or two to process all orders.
4. Large or bulky items
Some of our products are oversized and require special handling, which can take carriers a little longer to move through their network.
Can I split my order if part of it is delayed?
Yes — just reach out to us at hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au and we’ll do our best to split ship where possible (a small shipping fee may apply).
Discounts + Promotions
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can’t be combined with other promotions. During sale periods, all general discount codes are temporarily deactivated — only the active sale code will work at checkout.

Confetti Products
Can Jellybean furniture be used outdoors?
Yes! Our furniture was originally designed as outdoor furniture. It’s perfectly fine under cover and can handle a splash of water — just no full submersion or harsh weather exposure, please.
What are your Confetti range products made from?
Our Confetti Collection is made from recycled plastic. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and full of character (each piece is one-of-a-kind!).
Are your pieces safe for little ones?
Absolutely. Our furniture is designed with kids in mind — rounded edges, no sharp bits, sturdy structure. Always supervise little ones during use.
The Centre of the table doesnt have Confetti - is this a defect?
Nope — this is not a defect at all. It’s actually a completely normal and expected part of how our tables and chairs are made.
Our products are created using a process called rotational moulding. The dry plastic powder and the colourful recycled speckles are placed into a mould, which spins at high heat until everything melts and coats the inside of the mould.
Here’s why the centre can look more plain:
When the mould spins, the outer edges move the most, so the confetti speckles naturally get pulled outward.
The very centre has the least movement, so fewer speckles settle there — creating a softer, more blank-looking circle.
With our lighter colours (especially white/Fairy Bread), this is more noticeable because the base material is slightly translucent and the colour comes from the speckles themselves.
So visually:
✔ The “ring” of confetti around the outside = normal
✔ The clearer/lighter centre = normal
✔ Not considered a defect
Every piece ends up with its own unique pattern — that’s part of the charm of this moulding technique.
If a customer ever sends you photos that look extreme or outside what you'd consider within tolerance, just send them my way and I’ll help you draft the perfect response.
The colour looks different in real life — why?
Each piece is unique! Because we use recycled plastic, the exact colour placement and speckle pattern varies. Lighting, screens, and angles can also make colours look slightly different. We aim to only showcase pictures that are the most truest representations.
