1. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to legal residents of Australia and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, partners and immediate family members of Jellybean Interiors, its related entities, and any agency involved in creating or administering this promotion are not eligible to win.

By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Entries open 1st October 2026 and close 30th October 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All dates and times refer to Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time.

To enter, visit www.jellybeaninteriors.com.au/pages/tiny-terror-tales and submit: (a) a written confession of a funny or spooky "playroom horror story" involving your child, between 20 and 2000 characters; (b) your email address (c) your name ; and Country of residence(d) .

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

Entries must be the entrant's own original work, must not name or otherwise identify any child other than the entrant's own, and must not contain content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or that otherwise breaches these Terms.

Jellybean Interiors may review, edit for length or clarity, refuse, or remove any entry at its sole discretion, including after the entry has been published.

3. PRIZES

One (1) major prize: an AUD $1,000 gift voucher redeemable on our website.

Three (3) runner up prizes: an AUD $450 gift voucher each, redeemable on our website.

Total prize pool: AUD $2,350.

Vouchers are valid for [12] months from the date of issue, are not redeemable for cash, are non transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Prizes are valued and issued in Australian dollars. Winners residing outside Australia are responsible for any currency conversion difference, customs duties, or shipping costs relating to goods purchased with the voucher.

If a prize remains unclaimed after [30] days of the Promoter's reasonable attempts to contact the winner, the Promoter may award that prize to the next eligible entrant as determined by the judging panel.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email to the address provided, within 3 business days of judging.

Winners may be asked to provide additional information to verify their eligibility before a prize is awarded.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to their first name and state or country of residence being published on Jellybean Interiors' website and social media channels for promotional purposes.

5. USE OF ENTRIES

By submitting an entry, you grant Jellybean Interiors a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to reproduce, publish, and adapt your confession (in whole or in part) across its website, social media, email marketing, and other promotional materials, with or without attributing your first name.

You retain ownership of your original entry. If you would like your entry removed from public use at any time, contact hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au.

6. PRIVACY

Personal information collected (name, email address, and confession text) is used to administer this promotion and, where you have separately opted in, for marketing communications from Jellybean Interiors.

Your information will be handled in accordance with Jellybean Interiors' Privacy Policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control affects the proper administration of the promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of a prize.

By entering, entrants indemnify the Promoter against any claim arising from their entry, including any claim that an entry infringes the rights of a third party.

8. TAX

Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from acceptance of a prize. For winners based in the United States, prizes valued at USD $600 or more may require the Promoter to issue IRS Form 1099 and the winner to complete a Form W9 before the prize is released.
